Heard. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, this court by order dated 17.10.2016 has permitted the applicant to withdraw the amount on certain conditions. The learned counsel submits that, so far as the condition no. (b) is concerned the applicants were permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body on furnishing solvent security. The learned counsel submits that, instead of furnishing the solvent security the applicants are ready to furnish the bank guarantee. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-acquiring body has no objection, if the applicant furnish

In view of the above the applicant is permitted to furnish bank guarantee of any nationalized / scheduled bank instead of solvent security as directed in the order dated 17.10.2016 clause 'B'.
