This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No. 3 - Committee to take decision in respect of the tribe certificate verification proposal of the petitioner pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that, the tribe validation claim of the daughter of the petitioner has

2 Sr958WP782.2018 been granted by this Court dealing with Writ Petition No. 9481 of 2015 at Bombay on 03.03.2017. It is informed that, the marriage between the petitioner and her husband is not inter-caste or intertribe marriage. In this view of the matter, respondents No. 1 and 2 are directed to release the amount of provisional pension admissible to the petitioner and shall continue to pay the same depending upon the outcome of the validation proceedings pending before the respondent No. 3-Committee.

With the directions as above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
