The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation, which include post-mortem report.

The incident took place on 03/12/2014. Allegations are made against the present applicants that in the incident, they assaulted brother of complainant with fist blows and kicks. The incident started due to dispute over conduct of servant-employee of the family of the complainant. Due to assault, Arjun died.

P. M. report shows that, death is caused due to ruptured of spleen. No surface wounds were found on the dead body.

Considering the nature of dispute and aforesaid circumstances, this Court holds that, it is not desirable to keep the applicant behind the bar till disposal of the case. The applicant is behind the bar since 04/12/2014. 5.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicants are to be released on bail on furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) by each of the accusedapplicants. The applicants shall not commit similar or any other offence, while on bail. He is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
