1. After advancing arguments, when this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant relief, the learned counsel for the applicant on instruction submits that he wants to withdraw the application. Disposed of as withdrawn.
2. The learned counsel for applicant submitted that the applicant is young person, he is behind bars since last four and half months and so direction needs to be given to the trial Court Judge to expedite the matter. In view of the nature of material collected, this Court holds that the trial Court Judge is expected to dispose of the case within five months from the date of receipt of this order. After five months, there is liberty to the applicant to approach this Court again.
