IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

APPELLATE SIDE, BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO.687 OF 2013 (Tuljabhavani Janvikas Samajik Society Moha Vs The State of Maharashtra and others) Office Notes,Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders or directions and Registrar's orders Court's or Judge's orders CORAM :

A.V. NIRGUDE & V.L. ACHLIYA, JJ.

DATED :

25.04.2016 Mr.Ganesh J. Kore, Advocate for the petitioner Mr.P.S.Patil, Addl. G.P. for the respondent/ State 1.

The petition challenges the decision taken by the committee headed by the Superintendent of Police for allotting Counselling Centre to respondent No.5. The petitioner's contention is that they have better experience in the field of Counselling and yet this aspect is completely ignored.

2.

On perusal of reply, we found that there was a proper procedure

wp687.13 adopted by the committee for selecting a Society for allotment of Counselling Centre. The decision infavour of respondent No.5 does not look illegal.

2.

We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere in the said decision. We are not concerned whether the respondent No.5 after allotment of Counselling Centre has started Counselling in Kallamb Police Station or not.

3.

In view of this the petition stands dismissed.
