The Petitioner does not have any personal interest in this Petition. Prayer clause 'B' and 'C' have been put-forth as under:- "B] By way of passing appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the Respondents No. 2 to 5 may kindly be directed to comply the directions / opinion of Inquiry Report dtd. 10.11.2020 submitted vide Communication dated 11/11/2020 bearing Outward No./ZPH/EDS/WS/209/2020, by the Inquiry Committee viz. Respondent No.8, as expeditiously as possible.

DDE/Au./Est.-1/2020/5215 AND also Communication Letter dtd. 10 August 2021 issued by the Respondent No.4 vide Outward No. DDE/Au./Est.-2/2020-21/3937, communicated to the petitioner."

The Petitioner submits that this Petition may be converted into a Public Interest Litigation (PIL).

In view of the above and to test the bonafides of the Petitioner, we called upon the Petitioner to state as to whether he would deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lacs only) in this Court, if the Petition is to be registered as a PIL. The Petitioner sought an adjournment on 22.08.2022 and submits today that he is willing to deposit the said amount.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that considering the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010, the Petitioner would be required to put-forth certain details as regards the case that is to be espoused by the Petitioner by preferring a PIL. He, therefore, desires to withdraw this Petition and file a PIL and while doing so, he would deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lacs only) 5.

By recording the above statement, this Petition is disposed off.
