Mr Ajay G. Talhar, Advocate for petitioners Mr Pravin Patil, Advocate for respondent No.1 Mr Vivek Dhage, Advocate for respondent No.2 CORAM : SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.
DATE : 14th June, 2018 ORDER :
Perusal of the judgment shows that Grievance Committee had noted that procedure and provisions of Statute 415(1) of the Statutes of North Maharashtra University ought to have been followed, which did not appear to have been followed by
2 WP 5766/2003 petitioners. Learned Counsel for petitioners is not in a position to show that the provision as required has been followed by producing any material.
2.
Learned Counsel for petitioners refers to that in the writ petition, the post has been permanently filled in and further purports to advert to that respondent No.1/employee had been working as temporary employee with petitioners and is stated to be no longer working with petitioners.
3.
It does not appear that the writ petition deserves any further consideration. The writ petition accordingly is not entertained and is disposed of as inefficacious. 4.
Rule discharged.
