This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court. 3.

In view of order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in civil application No. 13487 of 2012 and order dated 16.1.2015 passed by this Court in civil application No. 604 of 2015, the present applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body on furnishing undertaking and balance 50% amount on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application is disposed of.
