PER COURT :- 1.

In all these applications, the applicants pray for extension of time by 6 to 12 weeks for complying with the direction set out in paragraph No.18 under judgment dated 30.1.2020, delivered in a group of Writ Petitions.

The learned Advocates for the applicants submits that as they have initiated steps, the depositing of the 75% of the total consideration would be achieved within 11 months. After hearing the learned Advocates for the respective sides, it is agreed that these applicants would deposit an amount equivalent to 10%, on/or before 30.3.2020 and the remaining 15% would be deposited on/or before 30.4.2020.

The non-applicants are agreeable in view of the statement of the officer of the trust, present in the Court. 5.
