Mr Bhimrao Daulatrao Dhakde, Assistant Manager, Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., who is authorized signatory on behalf of respondent no.3, is present in the Court and is identified through learned Counsel Mr A.A. Joshi. He admits the contents of the compromise deed, which is taken on record and marked "X".

So far as appellant no.4 Mainabai is concerned, she has expired. As such, the appeal abates to her extent.

So far as appellant no.2 Maya is concerned, though she has signed the compromise deed, she is absent.

In view of above, the appearance of Bhimrao Daulatrao Dhakde, Assistant Manager, Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. is dispensed with. 5.

So far as the appellants are concerned, they are directed to remain present tomorrow before the Registrar (Judicial) to verify the contents of the compromise deed.

The matter will be taken tomorrow at 2.30 p.m. before this Court for passing orders regarding compromise on the appellants' side. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
