It appears that the learned Advocate for the applicant has not produced complete charge-sheet. Further on the last date itself i.e. on 09-02-2021, the learned Advocate holding for Advocate Mr. Ghanekar made submission that he would remove the office objections, still the office objections are not removed.

Under such circumstance, office objections to be removed by the applicant within a period of one week.

If office objections are not removed, then the application would stands dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court, and if the office objections are removed, place the matter for further consideration on 17-03-2021 along with the entire copy of the chargesheet to be filed by the learned Advocate for the applicant in the meantime.
