The challenge in the present Writ Petition is the Order dated 17/12/2014 passed by the learned Special Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna below Exh. 26 in Special Case No. 22/2014, whereby the learned Judge has rejected the prayer moved on behalf of the petitioner seeking direction against the prosecution to file hard copy of call details as mentioned vide column No. 13 and Note No. 3 of the Charge

Perusal of the order does not show that at this stage the interference from this Court is warranted. However, at the same time, it is always open for the learned Special Judge to consider the said note in the event the application for discharge is moved by any of the accused in its proper perspective.

With this observation, the present Writ Petition is dismissed.
