The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed proceeding seeking validity certificate of his tribe claim before respondent no.2 in the year 2017, the same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for both the respondents.

In case, validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably by the end of June-2021 from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.03.2021.
