For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed and delay is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. One thousands only) to be paid to the High Court Bar Library within a period of two (02) weeks from today. The writ petition is restored to its original file subject to removal of office objections within a period of four (04) weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the civil application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
