ORDER :

In application filed for delay condonation and application filed for grant of leave to file appeal, heard the learned counsel for Acquiring Body and the learned counsel for original claimant. In view of the contentions made by the Acquiring Body that some time was consumed in getting certified copy, some time was consumed in processing the matter, some time was consumed for obtaining sanction at various level, and further the Acquiring Body was not made party in the Reference, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. In the result, delay condonation application is allowed. Leave is granted to file appeal to Acquiring Body. Both the applications are disposed of.

A statement was made by the learned counsel for Acquiring Body that entire amount of compensation has been deposited. In view of this statement, the stay application is allowed and disposed of.

The learned counsel for Acquiring Body is heard for admission purpose of the appeal. Seen the judgment and award. Appeal is admitted. After admission, learned counsel Shri. Hande waives notice for respondent No. 1 and the learned AGP waives notice for State.
