It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the petitioner has filed a complaint with regard to the caste claim of respondent no.3, same is not yet considered.

The complaint is filed hardly 20 days back. It is for the Committee to take appropriate decision upon it. There is nothing on record to show that the Committee has passed any order prejudicial to the petitioner.
