The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2015. The mark sheet of the petitioner of final year B.V.Sc. and A.H. course is withheld. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 04.02.2022. The Committee shall thereafter endeavor to decide the proceedings preferably within four months, from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

In case, the petitioner is otherwise illegible, then the mark sheet of the petitioner of the final year B.V.Sc. and A.H. examination shall not be

- 2 - 958WP1079.22 withheld only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 4.

The respondents shall take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in validation proceedings.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
