Heard. The appellant is taking exception to the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge on 8.12.2011, directing the appellant institution to deposit 50 per cent of the back-wages while ordering stay to the execution of the order passed by the School Tribunal. Since the nature of challenge relates to interim order passed by the learned Single Judge in the year 2011, no interference needs to be caused after lapse of four years.

Apart from this, considering the reasons recorded by the learned Single Judge, we do not deem it proper to cause any interference. It would be open for the appellant to make a suitable request to the learned Single Judge, to take up the petition for final disposal.
