The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal for regularization of the encroachment made by the petitioner is pending with the Collector. The Tahsildar has also submitted his recommendation and report (page 33) to the Collector. 2.

In case, the proposal (page 33) seeking regularization of the encroachment is pending with respondent No.3, the respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six (06) months from today. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
