Mr. Waghmare, learned counsel for petitioners, Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5 and the learned A.G.P. are ad idem that, the present petitioners are similarly situated as petitioners in Writ Petition No.5252/2020 with other connected writ petitions disposed of under judgment and order dated 24th November, 2021.

For the reasons stated in the order dated 24th November, 2021 in Writ Petition No.5252/2020 with other connected writ petitions, we follow the same course and pass the similar order:

ORDER

A.

In the light of that, we direct the State Government to consider the case of petitioners for regularization either on the posts they are working

(2) 6-wp-3182-2022 under the RCH or some other posts under the State Government considering the length of service. The State Government can also fix the cut off date viz. that the persons working for a minimum period of particular years may be considered for regularization.

B.

The State Government may take decision upon the aforesaid aspect i.e. the regularization of the services of petitioners as discussed above on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. Depending upon the decision taken by the State Government, the parties may take appropriate steps.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
