On perusal of the impugned judgment and award so also in view of the Constitution Bench judgment of the Apex Court in the case of National Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. Pranay Sethi and ors., (2017)16 SCC 680, I find it to be a case of no merit in the appeal. In view of the same, the appeal stands dismissed. 3.
