Mr.Bora, learned counsel for the Respondent raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal. 3.
In view of the availability of the alternate remedy of appeal, Mr.Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to file appeal. 4.
The Writ Petitions are disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. 5.
All contentions of respective parties kept open. 6.
The interim order passed by this Court shall continue for a
