1) None appears for petitioners even on second call. Learned AGP appears for State.

2) Record shows that name of petitioner No.1 was to be deleted as per the court's order dated 1st February, 2002. However, the same has not been deleted. Vide the said order, this court had also directed petitioner No.2 to file necessary affidavit, however, the same has also not been filed.

3) It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the matter further. The writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Rule discharged.
