We have heard Mr. Katneshwarkar, learned counsel holding for Mr. Patil for the petitioners and Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel holding for Mr. Khandare, learned counsel for respondents no. 2 to 5.

Against the impugned order, the interim relief is operating since 16.01.2019. The elections are also over. The appropriate action

2 wp 669.19 was initiated by the respondent on account of some irregularity and illegality in the election process of respondent no. 6. This Court had granted stay to the impugned communication on the ground that the same was violative of the principles of natural justice.

Considering the time lag and that the elections are also over and the reasons given at the time of passing interim order, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order. No costs.
