PER COURT :- A criminal writ petition No.322/2010 claiming identical reliefs as prayed by the petitioner, has been rejected by the learned single Judge of this Court on 6.4.2010,. The petitioner has made identical prayer seeking quashment of the criminal proceedings in RCS No.368/2009 pending before the JMFC, Chalisgaon.
