Order :-

1. Mr. Dande, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the amount is already determined. The offices of the Chief Engineer and Superintendent Engineer accorded approval and sanctioned the proposal submitted by office of Assistant Engineer. Said amount is also demanded from the office of Deputy Collector vide letter dated 05-02-2016, moment the amount is received, same would be paid to the petitioners within a period of three months from today. The petitioners shall pay the amount determined within a period of three months from today. Failing which the authority concerned shall face action of contempt.
