The present Writ Petition is filed with the following prayers: "B." By Appropriate writ or direction like nature or order, the Action of the Respondent i.e. Assistant Commissioner, Nanded Tq and Dist Nanded thereby forwarding the proposal of Respondent No 5, vide communication dated 6th January, 2021, to the Regional Commissioner Latur Tq and Dist Latur, for transfer of School, may kindly be quashed and set aside.
"C." By Appropriate Writ or direction like Nature, the order dated 22nd November 2018, passed by the Respondent No. 1, thereby, Appointing administrator may kindly be quashed and set aside and the Petitioner's may kindly be given the administration of the School "Namely Madhavrao Patil Prathmik Ashram School at Halni Tq Mukhed Dist Nanded with immediate effect.

Mr. Kolhare, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner-Society is running various Schools in Nanded and Latur Districts. However, citing reason of dispute between two groups of the Management, impugned order of appointment of an Administrator for the Petitioner's School was passed on 22 November, 2018. He submits that, now the dispute between the two groups of the Management of the School has already been resolved, accordingly Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Nanded, issued a communication dated 06-7.01.2022 to the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur, requesting the withdrawal of
3 919WP1032.2022.odt Administrator from "Madhavrao Patil Prathamik Ashram School", Halni, Tq. Mukhed, Dist. Nanded, and to hand over Administration of school to the Petitioner-Management.

It appears that, although the proposal dtd. 06-7.01.2022 has been forwarded for withdrawal of Administrator and handing over School Management to Society, no decision has been taken till date. In this backdrop of the matter, we direct Respondent No.3 - Regional Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur Division, Latur, to decide the proposal dated 06-7/01.2022 forwarded by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Nanded, within a period of four (4) weeks from today and communicate the decision to the Petitioner. We hope and trust that, since the dispute between the Management is no more existing, School Management would be handed over to the Petitioner-Society at the earliest.
