1] In view of the fact that the chargesheet is filed even before filing this Application for quashing of First Information Report, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Application, with liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy of filing the application for discharge before the appropriate Court.

3] However, we make it clear that liberty granted today will be available to the applicants for four weeks from today. In case application for discharge is filed by the applicants within four weeks from today, the concerned Court to decide the same on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case within 6 weeks from filing such application.
