The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C), which reads thus:

"C) The proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.272/2018 fled by the respondent in the court of learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, Tal: Barshi, Dist: Solapur u/sec. 13(1)(a)(i)(b) of Hindu Marriage Act be transferred to the court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur, Tal and Dist: Latur and for that purpose necessary directions be issued."

The transferring court is requested to fnally decide the H.M.P. 272 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible
