1] The petition is filed seeking declaration that CTS No. 1785 situated at Taraf Giram, Beed, is kept reserved for common use and enjoyment of residents and plot holders of the layout plan of Survey No. 88, and the respondents be prohibited in whatsoever manner in dealing with the said property.

2] We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3] Mr. Thigle, appearing for the Municipal Corporation submits that after filing of the petition, the Municipal Corporation has taken a decision that the writ plot would be kept as an open space and necessary correction has also been carried out in the records.

4] In view of the said statement made, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
