PER COURT :- 1.

Applicant is convicted for the ofence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to sufer rigorous imprisonment for one year with fne of Rs.10,000/-, in default to sufer simple imprisonment for one month.

Appeal is not likely to be heard in near future. Hence, following order is passed;

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.185 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of. (ii) Substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the appeal.

(iii) Applicant be released on P.R.Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount. (iv) Bail in trial Court.
