Though Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are served, none appears for Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Mr.Vibhute, learned counsel submits that the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. However, Respondents are insisting for production of the validity certificate and they have stated that if the validity is not submitted, the eligibility will not be confirmed.

Mr.Tele, learned counsel submits that it would take some time to decide the same.

In light of that, we pass the following order :

a) The Respondent-Committee shall decide validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within one year. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall take such action in tune with the decision of the Committee. b) The Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
