===== CORAM : R.M. BORDE & P. R. BORA, JJ.
DATE : 26th JUNE, 2015 PER COURT :
1.
Perused the order passed by learned Single Judge on 22.06.2009. It is noticed that the competent authority issued certificate under section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societieis Act on 29.09.2006. Revision application was presented challenging the said certificate in the year 2009. Revisional authority refused to condone delay which order was subjected to challenge in writ petition. Writ petition was also dismissed by order dated 22.06.2009. We do not find any perversity or unreasonableness in the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Letters patent appeal is devoid of substance hence stands dismissed.
