In view of the order dated 11/02/2013 passed by the learned Sessions Court below Exhibit 57 in Sessions Case no. 298 of 2012 regarding the co-accused of relaxation of the similar condition, the present application is allowed.

The condition imposed on the applicant earlier, vide order dated 01/02/2013 in Criminal Application no. 377 of 2013, of residing away from Lasur Station, is

2 Cr. Appln. 311/2015 hereby revoked, however, the applicant shall not attempt to influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner. 4.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
