This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondents as per the orders passed in contempt petition.

The amount deposited is as per the contention of the non-applicants that the petitioner was appointed on consolidated salary of Rs.10,000/-. As per the report of the Joint Director of Higher

2 ca 2653.19 Education, the amount would be much more. It is also contended that the petitioner is working with the another college of the same management.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw Rs.2,00,000/- (along with accrued interest if any), on the applicant submitting an undertaking before this Court, that, in event the applicant is directed to deposit the amount he will deposit within two (02) months.

4.

The civil application stands disposed of.
