It is revealed during the course of argument that applicant / claimant has already withdrawn entire amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body. The question is about withdrawal of interest part. I do not see any reason to refuse the prayer. The application is hereby allowed as under.

ORDER

The applicant / claimant is hereby permitted to withdraw the entire amount of interest on furnishing necessary undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
