Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, learned Counsel for respondent No.1and learned A.G.P. 2.

In connected matter this Court has already permitted withdrawal of the amount. Learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body has no objection for withdrawal. Hence, the following order.

(2) CA NO.4440/2019 i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75 % of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. ii) Balance 25% amount be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank initially for the period of two years and if so required, for further period till disposal of the appeal. 3.
