This application is taken out to bring L.Rs. of deceased respondent No. 1 on record for the reasons set out in detail in the application. Mr. V.B.Jagtap, learned counsel appears and waives notice for respondent Nos. 1-A to 1-F, the proposed L.Rs. of deceased respondent No. 1.

On due consideration of submissions advanced, I am of the view the application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause B and C. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Necessary substitution be carried out within one week in appeal as well as in pending civil application.
