{2} wp757-15.odt 2] Mr. Kendre, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is retired on 31/5/2008. The petitioner is entitled for benefit of the revised pension as per Government Resolution dated 30/10/2009 in view of the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.8985/11 dated 9/5/2014.

3] It is not disputed that even the Review Application filed by the State against the judgment delivered by this Court on 9/5/2014 in Writ Petition No.8985/11 with connected matters has been dismissed. This Court in Writ Petition No.8985/11 vide judgment dated 9/5/2014 has held that the benefit of revised pension as per G.R.dated 30/10/2009 was also applicable to those persons who have retired in between 1/1/2006 to 26/2/2009. 4] In light of that, we pass following order :

a] Petitioner shall make representation/submit proposal for grant of benefits of revised pension as per Government Resolution dated 30/10/2009 to the respondent-authorities. The respondent authorities on receipt of the proposal shall process the same expeditiously and take decision within three months and if petitioner is found eligible shall pay the amount within a period of further three months. Rule accordingly made absolute. No costs. V.L.ACHLIYA,J.
