The petitioner who has merely secured 8.39 percentile, is expecting the percentile determined by the respondents for admission through NEET-PG 2024 to be reduced, so that he can secure admission.

The only ground with which the petitioner is coming forth is his proportionate reduction in the percentile as compared to the similar reduction resorted to by the respondents in the previous admission process. 3.

Considering the fact that the respondents determine percentile commensurate with the seats available and avoid likelihood of seats going vacant, the petitioner cannot claim

The reduction in percentile in respect of SC Category students to 10 percentile, in our considered view, is beyond the judicial review.

The petition is dismissed.
