The learned advocate for respondents vide pursis dated 29.7.2019 intimated the office that the sole appellant Mr. Raghunath Kashiram Choudhari has died on 17.8.2016. The learned advocate for the appellant has not taken any steps till today. As a result, by virtue of the provisions under Order 22 Rule 3 of the Civil Procedure Code, the appeal stands abated in entirety. In turn, the Second Appeal stands disposed of as abated as a result of death of sole appellant.
