Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. R. J. Godbole Advocate for Respondent No.1 to 3 :Mr. Patil N.P. Jamalpurkar ...
CORAM : R. M. BORDE & A. I. S. CHEEMA, JJ.
Date: January 04, 2016 ...
PER COURT :- Perused the order passed by the Supreme Court on 1.11.2013 in Special Leave to Appeal No.6622/2008. The Supreme Court has observed in the order that, in view of withdrawal of the writ petition by the management, the order in LPA cannot have any force. Since in the instant Contempt petition, complaint is made in respect of non-observance of certain directives issued in the LPA, the contempt Petition itself cannot sustain in view of observations of the Honourable Supreme Court referred to above. The contempt petition is misconceived and stands disposed of. Pending Civil Applications do not survive and stand disposed of.
