I have heard Shri Bora, learned Advocate for the petitioner. Impugned order dated 12/11/2014 is as regards directing the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month as maintenance Pendente lite to the respondent from the date of application dated 25-09-2013.

After considering the submissions of Shri Bora, it appears that there is no reconciliation between the parties. H.M.P. No. 203 of 2014 is pending final adjudication.

Rather than entertaining this petition which seeks to challenge an interlocutory order, ends of justice would be met by

821.2015 WP directing the learned Family Court to decide the main proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before the 30th day of April, 2015, since the matter is as regards a matrimonial discord.

As such, the Family Court shall decide H.M.P. No. 203 of 2014 (Old H,M.P. No. 121 of 2010), as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30-04-2015.
