The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been filed for validation of the tribe claim of the petitioner with the scrutiny committee in January 2021. The petitioner is desirous of appearing in the professional examination to be conducted in June-July 2022.

The learned Addl. G. P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal seeking validation of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by 30.06.2022.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
