1) Heard.

By this application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with Crime No.0309/2016 registered with Shillegaon Police Station, Tq.Gangpur, Dist. Aurangabd for the offences punishable under Sections 307,324, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2) The role attributed to the present applicant is that of assaulting the complainant

and lady members from his family with axe.

3) It is informed by learned APP that the axe is recovered from Vikas and not from the present applicant during his custodial interrogation.

4) Apart from the above, the fact remains that the victim suffered a simple injury. In view thereof, in my opinion, once the investigation is at an advanced stage and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is over, further detention of the present applicant is not warranted.

5) As such, the applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0309/2016 registered with Shillegaon Police Station, Tq. Gangapur, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 307,324, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two

sureties in the like amount.

6) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

7) The Criminal Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
