After going through the entire papers it appears that, the representation has been made by the petitioner on 10.01.2024 before the learned Collector, Nandurbar in respect of alleged resolution. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would be satisfied if the learned Collector is directed to decide the said representation within a time bound period. 4.

In view of the said statement, respondent No. 3 - learned

The learned G. P. to apprise respondent No. 3 about this order and the learned Collector after taking decision to communicate the same to the petitioner.

The respondent No. 3 may give personal hearing to the petitioner if advised to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.
