1] Application is filed before the Talathi for mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same is on the basis of compromise deed before the Court. The Committee has also directed respondent no.4 to take decision on it.

2] In case the application filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent no.4, then respondent no.4 shall take decision upon it, in accordance with law, policy and procedure, after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within three [3] months.
