Mr. Amit Ghute, learned advocate for the applicant invites attention fo this court to para Nos. 2 to 4 of this application to contend that delay has been caused since the advocate, who was looking after the litigation has expired and, therefore there was a communication gap. Considering the pleading in the application, which are not controverted, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) (C) and (D). Amendment be carried out within 14 days. [S.G.
