Heard Mr. B.A.Chavan, the learned counsel for the Applicants and Mr. V.P.Kadam, the learned A.P.P. for respondent No. 1 - State.

In view of the only prayer that is pressed before this Court that the applicants be permitted for not remaining personally present on every date in the Complaint before the learned Magistrate, there is no necessity of issuance of notice to the other respondents.

The applicants are exempted from appearing in

2 Cr. Apln. 318.2015 person in S.C.C. No. 543/2011 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhusawal and are permitted to appear through their respective counsels. However, when the matter is fixed for evidence before the learned Magistrate, the applicants will be required to appear in person before the learned Magistrate.

With this observation, the present Criminal Application is dismissed.
