Heard both the sides. The concerned Investigating Officer is also personally present. He has filed affidavit on the last date inter alia tendering unconditional apology for his absence to turn up to Court on 22 February 2024.

Substantive relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted or sub-served. It is only because of failure of the investigating officer to obey the directions of the Court to remain personally present on 22.02.2024, the matter was left to be considered as the conduct of the Investigating Officer being contemptuous as was indicated in the order passed on 22.02.2024.
